🎈How does the business work? We are a home-based online business offering Click+Collect and event balloon styling by appointment. Please email us to enquire about balloon decor or installations.

🎈Do you offer same day collection? Yes we do! However if you are looking for same day collection and it’s after 12noon, just give us a quick call on 07794 160286 to make sure we can fulfil your order.

🎈Can I collect any time? Collection times are subject to change, please see the upto date times at check-out.

🎈When should I collect my balloons? We recommend collecting balloons as close to your event as possible for best results — usually the same day or the evening before. You’ll be given flexible collection slots to suit your schedule.

🎈How much space will I need when collecting? This will obviously depend on what you order, but please consider the size of your car when collecting large balloons.

🎈What happens if I forget to collect my order? Please call us ASAP if you’ve forgotten to collect your balloons, so we can discuss a convenient time for you to collect. If balloons are not picked up on the selected date/time, we are unable to provide a refund as the balloons are perishable and unusable for another customer.

🎈How long will my balloons last? We treat our latex helium balloons with Hi-Float (where suitable), which helps them float for longer — often up to 2–3 days, sometimes more. Bubble and foil balloons can last even longer (5+ days).

🎈How should I store my balloons? Helium balloons last longer if kept at room temperature and out of the bags.

🎈Do you inflate balloons that I’ve purchased elsewhere? We often get asked to inflate balloons that have not been purchased from us, and whilst we’d love to help, we cannot guarantee the quality of the balloon provided. So unfortunately we are unable to inflate 3rd party balloons.

🎈I didn’t receive a confirmation email? Please check your spam folder as it can often be found in there. Alternatively, just give us a call and we can re-send it or confirm the collection information over the phone.

🎈Do you offer delivery? Yes, we offer local delivery and on-site setup for large displays and event installations. Let us know your event details, and we’ll provide a quote based on location and requirements.

🎈Can I personalise my balloons? Absolutely! We offer personalised vinyl text on a range of balloons including bubble balloons, giant balloons, and orbz. Add a name, message, or even a date for that extra special touch.

🎈Do you offer corporate or event packages? We do! From in-store displays and product launches to staff parties and grand openings — we create branded balloon decor to suit your business. Get in touch to discuss ideas.

🎈How far in advance should I book? As early as possible — especially during busy seasons! For large displays or personalised balloons, we recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.
